Terms of Use:

1. Gift Cards are valid for 6 months, from the date of purchase.

2. Gift Cards are valid for the purchase of Cookies, Desserts, Drinks and any Merchandise.

3. For Retail Redemptions: Flash your gift card to our staff at any of our 5 retail outlets to redeem.

4. Gift Cards can only be redeemed once either online or in-store. It is non-refundable for any unused amount - no cash or e-refund will be given.

5. Nasty Cookie reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold to review any Gift Cards for suspected fraud, mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of Gift Card policies.
