A western twist to the traditional pineapple tarts - we made a chocolate chip S'mores version for the young-at-hearts. It starts off with a buttery chocolate chip tart base with a layer of rich chocolate spread and topped with a toasted marshmallow for that authentic S'mores experience.

OUR S'MORES BITES GO THROUGH A 3 DAY PROCESS TO HAND MAKE FROM SCRATCH
Firstly, the chocolate chip cookie dough is manually shaped and cut into little tarts - each one by hand
A thin chocolate layer is then piped evenly on top and the tart is then stored to set for the star ingredient.
Finally, the star of the show - Nasty’s homemade marshmallow (which contains no gelatin) is piped generously onto the tart and then individually blow torched by hand to get that perfect toasted marshmallow, achieving a crispy shell and chewy centre.
