International orders (outside Singapore) may face delays or extra taxes and duties. We do our best to ensure fast delivery, but we’re not responsible for customs fees or hold-ups. International orders must be signed for upon delivery. If no one’s home, you’ll be notified, and a second delivery will be attempted the next day.

Order changes or cancellations aren’t possible once shipped. Please double-check your details before placing your order, as we can’t modify the shipping address after fulfillment.
