Our Cookies

Is Nasty Cookie halal certified?

We are not halal certified but our products do not contain any pork, lard, alcohol or pork gelatine.

How long can I keep the cookies for?

You can leave them one day out in room temperature, five days in the fridge and one month in the freezer. Reheat them in a 180 degrees oven or air fryer for 3 minutes and consume them after they have cooled down and turned crispy.

How to reheat my cookies?

You can reheat your cookies for 3 minutes in the oven at 180°C or in the airfryer. Using microwave is not recommended as the cookie will be very soft.

Does your cookies contain nuts?

Only PB Choc, White Choco Macadamia, Choco Bueno and Rocky Road cookies contain traces of nuts.

Is Nasty Cookie vegetarian-friendly?

All our cookies are suitable for vegetarian except for OH! Smores cookie as it contains 100% halal beef gelatin.

Orders, Delivery & Refund

Can I order online and self-collect in store?

Unfortunately, we do not facilitate self-collection of online orders for now. Online orders are only available for delivery service.

Can I choose a specific delivery timeslot?

Yes! If you wish to receive your order by a specific timing, you may select from our time slot windows: 12-4pm, 2-6pm or 5-9pm. There will be a charge of $5 for specific time slots delivery.

Can I make changes to my delivery order?

Email us at delivery.nastycookie@gmail.com at least 2 days before the delivery date.
Late notice will not be entertained.

How much is your delivery fee?

Orders under $30 are charged a $10 delivery fee(inclusive of small order charges).

Orders between $30 – $44.90 are charged a $5 delivery fee.

FREE delivery for orders $45 and above.

*Note that our delivery window is from 11.30am to 9.00pm. If you wish to receive your cookies by a specific timing, there will be an additional charge of $5 for specific delivery timeslot.
*A surcharge of $5 will apply for surcharged zones (Tuas, Changi, Sentosa and CBD zone)

Do you guys deliver on weekends?

We deliver from Mondays to Saturdays from 11.30am to 9.00pm. No deliveries on Sundays.

Can I track my order?

Unfortunately, we do not provide live tracking of orders.

However, you may check with us via email at delivery.nastycookie@gmail.com or contact us at 6802 8290 (Weekdays 10am – 6pm)

We will respond to you as soon as we can.

What is your refund policy?

Strictly no refunds. Any refund, if required, will be made in the form of online voucher. Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and at its sole discretion. Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or refunded in part of cash.

What is your delivery policy?

Our free delivery window is from 11.30am – 9.00pm. Upon selecting this option, requests for preferred timing will not be entertained. We generally engage third party vendor to deliver island-wide. As such, we have no control over the route planning and unable to provide an estimate delivery time for orders with free delivery. Alternatively, you may wish to opt for the paid delivery option with a smaller delivery window. We shall not be held liable for failure to deliver on time due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdown, traffic conditions and/ or any other circumstances that extend beyond our control.

Kindly remain contactable at all times as drivers may be required to contact you in cases of delivery difficulties (ie. Intercom not working, incorrect address provided, no one answering the door)

For orders delivered to another recipient, kindly inform them of the delivery and advise them to remain contactable for a smooth delivery.

Changes to Delivery Date, Addresses and others

Delivery Lapses

Drivers are doing back-to-back deliveries and are responsible for completing all deliveries within the given delivery window. To prevent delivery delays, a grace period of up to 10 minutes is allocated for each order in the event that driver is unable fulfil the delivery due to delivery difficulties. The driver will wait and contact you during the 10-minute period.

After 10 minutes of no response, the delivery will be considered to have failed and the driver will proceed with the rest of the deliveries. Kindly note that the driver will not return for a 2nd delivery on the same day.

To reschedule a 2nd delivery, there will be additional charges; $5 for delivery charges and cookies will be charged at 50% of the original price (if require for fresh batch of cookies).

Others

We do not deliver on the same day of order. Minimum pre-order of 1 day in advance, up to 1 month in advance. Deliveries are available on Mondays to Saturdays, we do not delivery on Sundays.

Orders that do not specify a delivery date will be delivered on our next available date. Kindly select your preferred delivery date from the given availability to avoid potential delays in receiving your order.
