How long can I keep the cookies?


You may leave the cookies at room temperature up to a day or keep them in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Remember to heat them up before consuming!




Can I use a microwave to heat up my cookies?


We do not advise microwaving your cookies as it will alter the texture and they will turn soft.




How do I reheat my cookies?


Simply heat the cookies in an oven or an air fryer at 180 degree celcius for 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Enjoy them after they have cooled down and turned crispy.





DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

Is Nasty Cookie halal certified?


We are not halal-certified, but our products do not contain any pork, lard, alcohol or pork gelatin.




Which cookies contain nuts?


White Chocolate Macadamia contains macadamia nuts. Chocolate Chip contains Nutella (Hazelnut) Choco Bueno contains Kinder Bueno (Hazelnut) *Important note: Our products are produced and processed in the same facility, therefore there may be traces of nuts.




Is Nasty Cookie vegetarian-friendly?


All our cookies are vegetarian friendly except for OH! Smores cookie as it contains 100% halal beef gelatin.




Does our cookie contain any added preservatives?


No, we do not add preservatives into our cookies. All our cookies are as fresh as you can get!





PAYMENT & DELIVERY

Can I make changes to my order (e.g. delivery date/ address)?


Kindly email us at delivery.nastycookie@gmail.com (minimum 2 days before delivery date). Contact us at 6820 8290 for urgent matters and we will try our best to assist you. Check out our delivery policy for more information.




Can I pay first and collect later in-store?


Unfortunately, we do not provide this service for now.




I’m sending Nasty Cookies as a gift, will the receipt be included in the delivery?


We do not include any receipts or invoices when delivering the cookies.




I would like to purchase several boxes to be sent to multiple locations, how do I go about doing this?

Can the gift cards be redeemed in stores?


Unfortunately, we are only offering e-gift cards at the moment, you will not be able to use the gift cards in our retail stores.




Can I include a message to the recipient in my order?


Definitely! Just click on the ‘Send a message’ button on the bottom right of the page before you check out.




Delivery Policy


Our drivers deliver island-wide and are given the autonomy to plan the most efficient delivery route based to fulfil all deliveries within the delivery window. As such, we are not able to provide an estimated delivery time for orders. Kindly remain contactable at all times as drivers may be required to contact you in cases of delivery difficulties (ie. Intercom not working, incorrect address provided, no one answering the door) For orders delivered to another recipient, kindly inform them of the delivery and advise them to remain contactable for smooth delivery. Delivery Lapses Drivers are doing back-to-back deliveries and are responsible for completing all deliveries within the given delivery window. To prevent delivery delays, a grace period of up to 10 minutes is allocated for each order in the event that the driver is unable to fulfil the delivery due to delivery difficulties. The driver will wait and contact you during the 10-minute period. After 10 minutes of no response, the delivery will be considered to have failed and the driver will proceed with the rest of the deliveries. Kindly note that the driver will not return for a 2nd delivery on the same day. To reschedule the 2nd delivery, a fresh batch of cookies will be prepared and charged at 50% of its cost and a $5 delivery fee for delivery.




Refund Policy


We do have a strict no refunds policy. In cases of any refund, if required, will be made in the form of an online voucher. Our management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and at its sole discretion. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash or refunded in part of cash.

MERCHANDISE

I can’t fit the merchandise that I bought online/in-store, can I exchange it for a different size?


We offer merchandise exchange at our Orchard Gateway and Kaki Bukit outlets. Do note that the item must still be in brand new condition with the tags intact, and within 14 days from the purchase date.





SAME DAY DELIVERY

How do I opt for same day delivery?


Click on our website 'Chat with us' function to order directly through our Whatsapp. Do note that payment will be via pay now and not through website ordering system. Same day delivery is only applicable from Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.




What are the information I need to provide for same day delivery?


Do provide us the information in this format: Sender Name Recipient Name Recipient Contact Recipient Address Cookie Flavours Message (Optional)




Same day delivery charges


There will be a $9.90 surchage on top of the normal delivery fees as stated above.




What other things do I need to know for same day delivery?


  • Specific delivery timing can be requested within 10 to 6pm
  • Ensure recipient is contactable for smooth delivery
  • In case of failed delivery, additional charges will apply
  • No changes of delivery address once order has been processed
